Someone Asked Me-Should I Be Calorie Counting?
I keep saying this all the time its all about balance. If you eat the way nature intended you to you would never have to do that.
This is no diet plan I am not a nutritionist but I am honest.
As far as Calorie counting is concerned, what should happen naturally is the reduction in toxins in your body together with the acidity levels in your system, when you do this your body will regulate itself. 
Is it co-incidental that a 2 calorie serving of wheat grass will fuel you with loads of energy for 6 hours and a 4oo calorie burger will make you want to sleep or a cucumber when tested provides 70 MHz of energy and that same burger provides only 3 MHz of energy.
Calorie numbers are assigned by the foods ability to produce heat when set alight but there is not much information as to why that process will make make you feel like you have more energy whether its physical or emotional or brain function.
If energy foods are so low in calories how come you can get more energy – interesting eh?
I find it it quite perplexing why calorie counting is such a huge part of weight control and why people do not look at the energy the foods create as it really is so simple.
You also remember that higher calorie foods tend to be more acidic and more toxic and we should go down the approach of clearing them from our body for better all round health and balance. If you keep more toxins in your body you will have more fat as the toxins need to be stored somewhere.
So to conclude if you increase the amount of alkaline foods in your diet you will not need to be calorie counting because you won’t be eating foods which place the toxic residue it creates in fat.
