What About Exercise and Cellulite?

Lets look at cellulite first what is it . You guessed it FAT!  People that have this kind of fat call it cellulite because it has that pock marked, orange peel look. Exercise and Cellulite

I know you don’t want to know the ins and outs of the science of cellulite but lets just say that it usually starts to form after the age of thirty in the hips and thighs and women’s fat cells, being different to men’s, end up looking that way, the way women don’t like, isn’t this right ladies?

Don’t get me wrong not everybody gets it and that’s down to genetics but if you mix exercise and cellulite you get less chance of the cellulite hanging around . .hooray!! So exercise regularly.

There is no super miracle cure to cellulite, you can wrap, rub cream even have cosmetic surgery but they really do not work.

Enter The Exercise And Cellulite Programme

Do the following:-

  • Cardio Exercise on a Daily Basis – Minimum 20 minutes
  • A Good Healthy Eating Plan
  • Strength Based Exercise About 3 Times Per week- For  20 minute duration

Exercise and cellulite does not have to be an issue when you have the information to combat it. There will be many different exercise programmes appearing on this site and I will recommend other to so keep popping back.
