Why We Need To Do Stretching
You are supposed to be able to move effortlessly this is way the human body is by design, but it adapts very well to its environment and sometimes to the detriment of the individual.
Why are we stiff then?
Our lifestyles make us the targets of being stiff.
We need to do stretching and why dont we?
Well, we do sit a lot! An are in fixed positions for most of the day. 
Is this your day?
Wake up in the morning
- Sit down to breakfast
- Go to your car sit down to drive
- Get on the train sit down to get to your stop. ( If you can get a seat that is).
- Get to work at your desk sit down to work for 4-8 hours
- Leave to go home, sit down on the train again
- Get to your car, sit down to drive home
- Finally get home tired and then . . . sit down on the sofa
- Go to bed, wake up the next morning and . . .
- . . . DO IT ALL AGAIN.
If this pattern or part of this pattern is you and you have been doing this for the last week, month, year or decade you are probably stiff and need to do stretching, the muscles need to be stretched. I am gonna help you do this as this site will supply you with exercises that will help you stretch.
It does not matter if you are body builder, office worker, house person or excecutive we all need to do stretching and for the sake of 10-15 minutes a day it can be the difference between have a a good life with no muscle imbalances so no eventual issues with your body.
DONT GET ME WRONG!! This is only one part of the picture and you do have to address diet, hydration and general exercise as well but when you do create balance you will feel young and energised again just as the way nature intended.
