Will It Benefit You Knowing When Is The Best Time To Exercise?

Are you an early morning person or do you need to be awake for hours before you get your groove on?

There is nothing really to say that exercising in the morning or any other time of the day is the best time to exercise, there are many schools of thought that have attempted to answer this question.Best Time To Exercise

There is something called circadian rhythm which is the natural rhythm that is reliant on the earths rotation that says that the body is in a state of readiness at certain times of the day with regards to temperature, hormones, heart rate and blood pressure.

Also there is study that was presented in Belgium that found that performing your workout before your meal helps to reduce weight and manage insulin levels indicating that is the best time to exercise.

Psychologically I feel that working out in the morning prepares me for the day and gives me that feeling that I have done something so however little more physical activity I do in that 24 hour period I am done so its OK! That’s what goes on in my head. Funny eh?

Once again this is down to the individual and the type of exercise you are involved in doing on that day and your lifestyle. I would say that you should choose which is best for you and make that your time every time and avoid changing it, like a habit I think I have a exercise time habit.

Is Exercising Late the Best Time To Exercise?

I do not think it is a good idea to exercise just before sleep ( mind boggles) as we kind of do . . . ummm . . . enough said but the research is there to support that we should not eat or exercise too late as it messes up the sleep cycle.

So to answer the question when is the best time to exercise, the answer is it’s up to you, I know, you might be thinking cop out but I will be getting up at the crack of dawn and doing mine.
